Dr. Jaya Ganesh is a Professor in the Department of Genetics and Genomic Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is the Program Director of the Medical Biochemical Genetics Fellowship. Her clinical and research interests are Inborn Errors of Metabolism including Lysosomal Storage Diseases and Mitochondrial diseases. She is the Principal Investigator of multiple interventional and natural history studies. She is actively involved in medical student education and in the training of medical residents, fellows, and genetic counselors.
