The conference hotel rate is $289 per night, plus taxes and fees. The hotel resort service charge (normally $45) will be waived for those booking within the SIMD room block. A limited number of government rate rooms are available for government employees. Please consult your confirmation email for more details.

Reservations can be made using the link included in the confirmation email you receive AFTER you register for the conference.

The  conference rate will be available until Wednesday, February 10, 2027 or until the room block is full (whichever comes first). 
 

HOTEL INFORMATION

  • The hotel is approximately 16 miles away from Tucson International Airport (TUS). 
  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM (local time)
  • Self-parking is included in the room rate for those booking within the SIMD room block. For those without a room in the room block, self-parking rates are $8.00 per hour and $19.00 per day. Valet parking is $35.00 per day for hotel and day guests.
  • There are a variety of dining options on the property.
