What is the size of the poster for SIMD 2027?
Posters can be one of the folllowing sizes:
- 3 feet 6 inches by 3 feet 6 inches
- 3.5 feet by 3.5 feet
- 42 inches by 42 inches
Do I need to stand by my poster?
Yes, you are expected to be present at your poster to answer questions during the Monday Night Poster Session according to the schedule shown on the agenda.
When can I put up my poster?
Posters may be set up during these times:
- Sunday 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- Monday 8:00 am to 9:30 am
Note: Posters must be picked up after the exhibit break on Tuesday morning or they will be discarded.
When should I pick up my poster?
Posters should be picked up at 11:00 am on Tuesday, when the exhibit break ends. Any posters not picked up will be discarded.
How do I know my poster number?
You will be receiving a communication directly from SIMD staff of your poster number and a poster directory list will be posted online as we get closer to the event.
What is the embargo date for the abstracts to appear in the SIMD's Journal: Molecular Genetics and Metabolism Report?
